We process each order personally and send it out to you with love.

Free International Shipping when you spend $350 USD, or more.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Thursday from 10am to 5pm.

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed.  Discounted merchandise may take up to 24 to 48 hrs to process. Orders placed on or after Thursday will be processed and shipped the following week.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USD $25 for under 3 kg. $45.00 over 5 kg (flat rate) Standard shipping.

All international shipping is carried out by Fedex who provide customs clearance and a door-to-door delivery service within 3 to 5 business days. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout; these are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if one exists, for the goods imported into the destination country.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by an email update with the tracking code of your shipment. If the piece you selected is out of stock, we will happily make one for you.
